The cost of visualization in “PERSPECTIVE” is a clear and flexible system of price formation for our customers.
The prices below are given for informational purposes. The final price depends on technical specifications of the project (see Questions-Answers) and completeness of basic data. The given cost includes:

- scene assembly;

- 3D model selection;

- selection of materials and textures;

-2 revisions (up to 30 % of changes in the scene)

-rendering of 3 pictures

*We use 3D models to visualize what we have in our catalogues. If your project implies adding unique objects that we don’t have in our base, then the cost of modelling or creating unique 3D model is added to the given one.

**Here are given the cost and terms for development of e-variant of design-project presentation. If it is necessary to print the presentation typographically, then the cost of typographical services are added to the given one. The terms of printing are discussed separately.

Getting the order
You give us all the materials collected that we need for the fulfillment of the project (the list is given above). Then we agree the cost and terms of the order with you. You prepay 50 % of the sum. We start our work.

Fulfillment of the order
We provide you with draft visualization of the project. You’ll already see the location of interior elements, lighting, floor covering and colours and textures of the materials used as well. At this stage you are able to make necessary changes and corrections ( up to 30 % of changes )

Work with correction and changes
We provide you with the draft project taking into account all the changes and corrections you have made.

Payment and getting the order
After receiving the remaining 50 % of the cost, we send the completed project in 4K resolution.

1. What information is needed for 3D exterior visualization?
-floor plans of the house(s);
- plan of surrounding territory or general plan;
-situational plan of the site;
- texture and colour range of decoration of buildings and walls;
-number of angles;
-type of lighting: day, night;
-season: winter, summer;
-photos and drawings of interior elements, measurements.
2. What information will be needed for 3D interior visualization?
-desirable location of cameras;

Work over the project is fulfilled in three stages. Before proceeding to the next stage, we provide our clients with a report of previously performed ones.
The first stage.
You give us all the materials collected that we need for the fulfillment of the project (the list is given above). Then we agree the cost and terms of the order with you. You prepay 50 % of the sum. We start our work.
The second stage.
We provide you with draft visualization of the project. You’ll already see the location of interior elements, lighting, floor covering and colours and textures of the materials used as well. At this stage you are able to make necessary changes and corrections ( up to 30 % of changes ).
The third stage.
We provide you with the draft project taking into account all the changes and corrections you have made. After receiving the remaining 50 % of the cost, we send the completed project in 4K resolution.

The following factors can affect the cost: the completeness of provided information, complexity of the project itself (amount of work, details) and terms of fulfillment as well.
